Das Apartment und das Parkhaus liegen in der Fußgängerzone mit den Annehmlichkeiten, dass Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Zum See, Bahnhof und Hafen sind es auch nicht viel mehr als ca. 900 m. Die Pfänderbahn ist quasi fast um die Ecke und im Winter sind es zum Weihnachtsmarkt nur ein paar Schritte Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Balkon in der Fußgängerzone. Schlüsselboxen für Self Check-In und Parkhaus leicht zu finden und unkompliziert in der Anwendung. Die Funktionsweise der Lichtanlage (Lichtschalter und Dimmer) ist nicht sofort für jeden erkennbar. Doch wenn man das System erkannt hat, ist es ganz easy. Vielleicht wäre da eine kurze Anleitung hilfreich, die man in den Begrüßungskorb auslegen könnte. Da das Apartment und Parkhaus in einer Fußgängerzone liegen, muss man einen kleinen Umweg einfahren oder bei der Hinfahrt rechtzeitig abbiegen, da versengbare Poller die Zufahrt zu Beiden versperren. Uns hatte eine sehr freundliche Bregenzerin riesig geholfen sonst wären wir verzweifelt. Die TV Programme sollten neu justiert werden und dem deutschsprachigem Raum angepasst werden. Im vorderen Bereich sind größtenteils nur Shoppingsender, bzw. nicht jugendfreie Sender vorhanden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Kurzaufenthalt in Bregenz in einer top Wohnung. Die von mir genannten Kritikpunkte sind wirklich nur klein und dienen hauptsächlich, anderen ein wenig zu helfen.

Tolle Innenstadt Lage, Wohnung sehr warm, Schlafen bei offenem Fester kritisch da 3 x pro Woche gegen 6.00Uhr die Müllabfuhr kommt und einen riesen Lärm verursacht, so ist das hat bei bester Innenstadt Lage. Tolle moderne und helle Wohnung mit schönem kleinen Balkon. Wir konnten unsere 2 E-Bikes im Hausflur bei den anderen Rädern abstellen was sehr komfortabel ist. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist hier Gold wert und gleich um die Ecke, super.

Wir waren mit dem Appartment wieder sehr zufrieden. Es ist schön eingerichtet, zentral und trotzdem ruhig und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Einziges Manko: auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt ist wieder der zugehörige Parkplatz belegt. Leider noch nie verfügbar gewesen.

BAHI … Super Snacks und Kaffee und Kuchen Sinnsationell…sehr freundlich, gute Pasta und Pizza Kornmesser…sehr zuvorkommend, gute bodenständige Küche Pinocchio…bestes Eis und sehr gute Drinks Cuba…super Limoncellospritz Unbedingt eine Bodenseeschifffahrt buchen!!! Das Vincent Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ist der Ideale Ausgangspunkt um Bregenz und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr angenehm ist auch der Tiefgaragenplatz. Das Apartment ist hell, freundlich eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein paar mehr Gläser wären gut und der Fernseher hat kaum Programme (kein ORF).
