Holiday apartment in the annexe to the landlords villa, situated in a quiet residential area.

Large airy living room with high ceilings and upscale decor with lots of art on the walls. Two bedrooms and sleeping possibilities in sofa in living room. Kitchen area with full equipment. Newly renovated bathroom with shower corner and washing machine. Wood burning stove in the living room. Private balcony with lake views to the west.

Large lot with room for running and playing, and its own boat bridge out into the lake. Dining area on the pier directly on the waterfront. Access to rowboat and canoe for fishing trips and expeditions among Ivösjön islands. Walking distance to forest and chanterelle places.

2 bedrooms (1. with double bed 160 cm, 2. with single bed 120 cm), living room with convertible sofa for 1-2 people and extra bed if needed.
