Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung, Claudia. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie insgesamt zufrieden waren und die Bäder sauber vorgefunden haben. Es tut uns leid, dass Sauberkeit in einigen Bereichen und der Garten nicht ganz Ihren Vorstellungen entsprachen. Die Abzugshaube funktioniert, jedoch nur bei geöffnetem Fenster. Eine der Türen im Wintergarten lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen, die übrigen fünf Türen sind jedoch nutzbar. Für Anliegen während des Aufenthalts steht unser Team vor Ort jederzeit zur Verfügung.

An sich schönes Haus. Ärgerlich nur das Theater mit der Toilette . Starker Geruch und keine richtige Funktion zum Glück gab es eine 2 Toilette im 1 Stock. Nur doof für die Kinder und der Geruch beim Wiederkommen war halt nicht toll. Agentur hatte versucht was zu machen leider ohne großen Erfolg

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass der Aufenthalt durch Probleme mit einer der Toiletten beeinträchtigt wurde. Unser Team war während Ihres Urlaubs bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden – leider offenbar ohne den gewünschten Erfolg. Nach Ihrer Abreise wurde die Toilette erneut überprüft, es konnte weder ein Geruch, noch technische Mängel festgestellt werden.
Wir bedauern, dass Ihnen und besonders den Kindern dadurch Unannehmlichkeiten entstanden sind, und danken Ihnen für den Hinweis. Schön, dass Ihnen das Haus insgesamt gefallen hat.
