Your Lake Havasu City adventure begins at this roomy, single story, unattached 3-bedroom townhome in a secure gated community on the island. Just minutes from lake Havasu marina launch ramp and the London Bridge. Enjoy the community pool/spa and boat/trailer parking readily available on site. Inside, guests find a cool space featuring one king bed, two queen beds, a sofa bed and 3 inflatable twin beds in a bag. Did we mention a full game room with a pool table, darts and games for the whole family—perfect for groups or families. The two bathrooms offer both a bathtub and a shower, making mornings easy and relaxing. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the home and a pool that is heated throughout winter. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this phenomenal townhome provides a welcoming retreat. Hi! I’m Kristi and I’m from California. I’ve been coming to Lake Havasu with my family since I was a kid and always wanted to have a place here. When the opportunity arose for me to get this townhome, that I’ve rented many times over the years, I couldn’t pass it up! Our family loves boating and making memories here and we are so happy to share our little slice of Havasu happiness with you, we hope you love it here as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We chose this particular unit because we have rented it a few times over the years and loved the space so much. We always have multiple generations at the lake and this townhome was so spacious and comfortable that we kept coming back. The location also can’t be beat and we just love it here.
What makes this property unique
This unit is literally one of a kind. It is the only unit at the nautical estates that is a completely unattached single unit and over 2,000 sq. Ft. This place was the model when they were new and they built it as a 3 bedroom from the beginning although all the others were 2 bedroom. They omitted the garage for a game room (sales office at the time) and the patio faces the pool. We love the extra space and we are just so happy here.
