Cozy Vintage Camper with Fire Pit & Outdoor Deck in Hopkins, South Carolina

19’ ft camper VINTAGE 3.5 miles from Congaree National park. We have over 2 acres of wooded property cannot promise silence. Lovely outdoor space with firepit. AC/heat making this camper a small retreat. The camper is a true tiny home, she does not have a house shower it’s a camper shower.Composting toilet that you are responsible to monitor you may also use the one on the deck under the home 10ft away. She has a stove and oven. Booking is your signature that you have read and understand.



The space

This is a wooded retreat off the main road. Wake to the sounds of birds singing and relax in serene wooded surroundings. This is not just a stay but an experience, with guided kayak tours and coupons to AA blueberry farm. Coffee is provided for you and we offer, charcoal and s’mores and a full breakfast menu with prices included. We are 25 min from 5 points and downtown Columbia, 3.5 miles from congaree national park. Shopping is 20 min away on garners ferry. There is a full 1200sq ft deck that is open to guests to relax, read and ponder. The Paths is lit at night. Small Shower is in the camper. 2 adults can sleep comfortable on the full size bed. There is a bench seating area for small children 6 and up but not to exceed 14yrs of age. This is a cozy retreat for couples. Breakfast is offered at 20$ per person. We cannot promise silence this is the country and we have neighbors. There are at times of horse fundraisers and the host is unaware of details



Guest access

Guests have their own deck and yard space with a table and chairs and lounger chairs to relax in. There is also a 1200 sq ft deck for guests to enjoy. Guests have there own private outdoor fire pit stocked with wood for a minimal charge. If you would like a fire you must ask due to burn bans. cameras are installed on the property and activeThere is a roku tv for movies and guest are welcome to walk the whole property, however you are not welcome to impede upon privacy. We are close to the city but off the beaten path to take you away from the noise and hustle and bustle of city life. Tira Doesn’t just Offer her guests a place to lay their head, she offers an experience. We offer single person or double kayak rental and paddle board rental.

Things to note: we do not have a washer and dryer for guests use however if you need your laundry cleaned we offer a laundry service for a fee or you may visit the local laundromat.

We do not have control of Horse fundraisers. This is country setting and they do happen. We are unaware of the date or time of these.



Other things to note

A key is provided for you for your stay so that you may lock up if you choose. Pre-preparations are taken care of before arrival the door is already unlocked for you. If your arrival is at night the lights will be left on for you. We do have a service dog an additional dog named Akira and a cat on the property. Pets are welcome anytime with a small pet fee. All we ask is that your pets are pet friendly. The area is fenced and offers outdoor table and charcoal grill. This is a vintage camper, that means she is over 50yrs. Laundry is a fee unless you are here for a week and the host will do the laundry,not the guest.
