The 100 m² property features, on the ground floor, a living room, a basic kitchen with microwave, small fridge, portable cooktop, and coffee maker, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, fan, and beach or pool towels. A private sauna is also available.



The outdoor area is for your exclusive use and includes a pool, garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Air conditioning is provided. The property is within walking distance of the beach, and a tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. There are 4 parking spaces on the premises. Pets and smoking are not allowed. There is also parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Part of the electricity is generated by solar panels. Please respect quiet hours.



The villa offers panoramic views of the sea, Montgó, and the forest. It is a very peaceful spot just 4 minutes by car from Arenal Beach, set atop a hill. If you don't have a car, ride-hailing services are available in the area for getting around comfortably, especially in the evenings.

Great host and a lovely place with stunning views!

Pros: The pool was huge and there were so many different places to explore within the property. The beds were amazing and the bathrooms were clean and a really good size. Everything was incredibly private too. Cons: I would recommend getting a rental car if you’re staying for a long period. We walked into town most days, but the roads are a bit dangerous to walk back on at night. Taxis are easy to get by the sea though!
