Brand new apartment with communal swimming pool and communal gym in a newly constructed complex on the south coast of the island and only a 5-minute walk from the beach. It features two furnished terraces to enjoy throughout the year thanks to the warm temperatures in the area, one at the front of the property with a barbecue, a table and armchairs for dining or relaxing that opens onto the living-dining room and another at the rear with access from both bedrooms with two hammocks for sunbathing. From the front terrace you access the spacious living-dining room with an American kitchen with island that is fully equipped and with a capsule coffee maker. In addition, it has a master bedroom with a 1.50 m bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with two single beds and another full bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms have elegant ceiling fans above the beds, which make the temperature in the property very pleasant: more ecological and more sustainable. Decorated in a modern style with great taste, it offers all the essential comforts for a holiday as a couple, family or for remote working, such as 600 Mb WIFI, Smart TV or parking space. The complex is brand new and very quiet and the common areas are spacious. A large swimming pool with solarium and hammocks for sunbathing stands out.

The area is away from the large crowded tourist centres with a local atmosphere, but still offers all the necessary facilities within a few minutes' walk such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants and a beautiful fine sand beach famous for diving. Hiking enthusiasts can set out from the apartment itself along various paths to discover the unique coastline, as well as small coves for swimming.

The celebration of events and parties is strictly prohibited, as is access by persons not included in the booking. Guests are also asked to respect the rest of neighbours, making no noise from 22:00 hours onwards.

Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not admitted.
