The holiday home is a lovingly renovated oil mill located above Bordighera, Ventimiglia, and Camporosso, between the Riviera of Flowers and the Côte d’Azur. The property is approximately 3,000 m² in size and offers views of the sea from every angle, as well as views of the Maritime Alps in the distance and the surrounding valleys. 9
The price per person per day is 49 euros, including a linen package.

The holiday home consists of:
1. a large apartment for 4 people, flanked by 2 sun terraces with ocean views.
It features a large kitchen-diner with a dining table, a spacious living area with a sofa and an armchair nook, and an additional table seating 8 people. This area also features a 65-inch TV with all German channels.
It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms.
Doors from the living area lead to the first bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a built-in bathtub. Another door leads to the staircase down to the second bedroom below, which has a bathroom with a shower.
From here, you can also access the garden area and additional terraces with ocean views.

This includes a second apartment for two people.
On this level, it has its own entrance with a beautiful sun terrace and, of course, ocean views.
It measures 46 m² and is divided into a living area with a 55-inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a sleeping area.
It also includes a small bathroom with a shower.
The adjoining terrace features a small grill, a table with chairs, and two lounge chairs.

At the rear is the popular large terrace under olive trees, which also offers a sea view and
a large table for 10 people, as well as another smaller terrace behind it with a large pizza oven and grill.

The prices for the holiday rental include final cleaning and a linen package with a duvet cover and sheets, 1 shower towel, 1 small towel, and a beach towel for 25 euros per person.
Prices are always based on full occupancy of 6 people.


Our rental period runs from mid- to late May through mid- to late September.
