Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon und tollem Grundstück. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist wirklich top. 3 Minuten zum Wasser und verschiedenen Restaurants. Die Vermieter waren super nett und die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt.

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben gut und ordentlich. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und hat grosse Parkplätze. Die nähe zum Strand war super wenn man am Strand 3 Minuten läuft kommt man auf eine grössere Wiese mit grossen Bäumen. Hatten somit jeden Tag einen Schattenplatz.

Rundum wohl gefühlt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einer schönen und gepflegten Wohnung und ebenso schönem Garten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage. Der See ist direkt um die Ecke und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter Petra und Herbert sind super nett, standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und haben unseren Urlaub bereichert. Urlaub mit Hund

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dem Ferienhaus und wie erwartet, war es für uns wieder perfekt. Wir sind ein älteres Ehepaar mit Hund und haben den Aufenthalt alle drei genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, sie liegt vollkommen ruhig in einer Sackgasse und der See mit Hundestrand, einige Bars und Restaurants ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern und der Agentur ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Absolut zu empfehlen!

schöne Wohnung, schlechtes Wetter

Wir hatten trotz starker Regengüsse einen angenehmen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Bad und Küche sind recht kompakt, aber funktional. Das Bad ist frisch renoviert. In der Küche gibt es keinen Backofen, das ließ sich für den Urlaub aber verschmerzen. Davon abgesehen war die Küche recht gut ausgestattet, insbesondere gibt es unzerkratzte beschichtete Pfannen. Uns fehlte eine Küchenwaage und ein Messbecher - wir haben eine Kombi aus beidem als Komplettierung zurückgelassen :)Wir hatten zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs keinen Internetzugang über das Gäste-WLAN, das Problem ließ sich aber mit Unterstützung des Vermieters lösen, vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal für die gute Kommunikation!Den schönen Garten konnten wir wegen des Regenwetters nur wenig nutzen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll, außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. In die Innenstadt von Peschiera del Garda sind es um die 40 Minuten Fußmarsch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf findet man in fußläufiger Entfernung.Ein Hinweis an BEV Fahrer: Ladepunkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind (Stand April 2025) rar. Die Ladesäule beim Lidl hat nur einen funktionierenden Ladepunkt, ist gut frequentiert und wirft einen nach 30 Minuten ab, dafür kostet der Strom dort nichts.

Wir haben hier einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Unser Hund und wir konnten den wunderschönen Garten und die mit Allem eingerichtete, ruhige Wohnung (sie liegt in einer Sackgasse) genießen.See, Stadt, Supermärkte, alles ist direkt vom Haus aus fußläufig erreichbar.Uns fehlte es an nichts und wir sind überglücklich, diese Ferienwohnung gefunden zu haben. Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang von der Immobilien Agentur und von den Besitzern. Danke an euch, wir sehen uns sicher wieder. Liebe Grüße

Wundervoll

Ich habe das Objekt gebucht weil es nah am Gardasee liegt aber quasi in "zweiter Reihe" steht. Die Häuser in der ersten Reihe haben quasi ständig den öffentlichen Klo Geruch im Garten. Das ist mir beim Aufenthalt sehr aufgefallen. Hier hat man durch die Sackgassenlage - absolute Ruhe - dennoch schnell beim See und die Lage ist traumhaft. Vom Balkon haben wir unseren Kaffee sehr genossen mit Seitenblick auf den Gardasee. Wir kamen auch leider etwas später an als Gedacht und dennoch verlief der Check-in reibungslos - ganz großes Lob. Für mich war das die Perfekte Unterkunft. Kann ich nur empfehlen
