Welcome to this newly renovated, beachfront 2-room apartment "Strandhafer" in Niendorf / Baltic Sea.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor, has 49m² and has space for max. 3 adults and 1 child or for 2 adults and 2 children.

The light-flooded living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV (with apps such as Netflix, Disney +, RLT +, usable only with your own account) and a dining area.

From the living room you have direct access to the balcony with south-west orientation and awning.

In the adjacent kitchenette you will find an oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, and dishwasher.
Everything is available here to prepare a nice breakfast or a delicious dinner, which you can then enjoy at the large dining table.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), wardrobe and dresser.
There is also a TV with smart apps, such as Netflix, Disney+ or RLT+ (usable only with your own account) to linger comfortably.

The shower room has a shower, make-up mirror, underfloor heating and hairdryer.
You can also enjoy the luxury of doing your laundry in your own washing machine in the apartment (kitchen).

For your bicycles you have a bicycle cellar and a locked outdoor bicycle parking space is available.

You have a WLAN connection at your disposal (in case of malfunction/failure no refund/replacement claim).
A car parking space is reserved for you in the underground parking lot.
Since your underground parking space (entrance height 1.90m) is a duplex parking space (NOT for station wagons, only notchback!) (2 cars are on top of each other), it is only for vehicles with a max. size of length 5m, width 1.90m, height 1.50m and a total weight of 2000kg.

Unfortunately, we can't offer an alternative parking space.
There is a large parking lot (subject to a fee) within walking distance, 5 minutes away.

It is a non-smoking apartment.
A pet is not allowed here.

Quiet holiday complex close to the beach: The apartments are stylishly furnished for 2-4 people and have 49 – 64 m².
The modern residential complex is quietly located in a cul-de-sac.

There is a separate room for your bicycles in the underground parking lot. Of course, a parking space with duplex function is also reserved for you here.
�PGJyPgThe fine sandy beach is only 100 metres away and you can plunge into the sea waves. A bakery is also nearby.
The centre of Niendorf and shopping facilities are about 500 metres away from your holiday resort.

The beautifully designed harbour with boats and small yachts is a must.
Here you can feast in one of the restaurants or buy freshly caught fish for your holiday menu at home.

A trip to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, a good 20 kilometres away, is definitely worthwhile.
Here you can sail past the beautiful gabled houses on a harbour and canal tour or take a look at the Niederegg Marzipan Museum and snack a bit.

In the Ostseeallee holiday resort you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family, just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea.
