Welcome to the exclusive holiday home Wohlfühlort, an oasis of relaxation ON the Baltic Sea. Wohlfühlort is situated on a narrow headland, with the Baltic Sea on one side and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz on the other. The inviting half of the house offers everything a holidaymaker's heart desires and creates an atmosphere of luxury and cosiness.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living/dining area with a comfortable sofa (including sleeping function), a cosy wood-burning stove and a Smart TV. The dining area adjoins the modern, open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with all amenities. From here you can access the first sunny terrace, which offers a side view of the glittering Baltic Sea and the picturesque harbour.



The special highlight of this holiday home is that there is not just one terrace, but three for your private use. Enjoy the fresh sea air and a breathtaking 360° view of the Baltic Sea and Lotseninsel on the roof terrace, for example. The sun will accompany you from morning to evening.



Pure relaxation awaits you on the first floor, where two cosy bedrooms and a modern full bathroom with a bathtub including whirlpool function and a shower invite you to linger. The balcony with sea views will quickly become your favourite place to relax.



Another highlight is the sauna, which is also located in the bathroom. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries after an eventful day in the fresh sea air.



For those who can't or don't want to miss out on work while on holiday, there is a separate room with its own monitor for office work - the ideal workstation. Use this room to develop inspiring ideas.
