For shared use: natural state property 5 ha, beautiful terraced garden, 5'000 m2 (not fenced) with plants and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (above ground) (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 28.Sep.). Traumhafter Blick und perfekte Unterkunft

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 1 achtjähriges Kind) durften eine herrliche Woche in der modernen, perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer und die umgebenden Hügel verbringen. Das Anwesen lädt zum Erholen ein mit sauberem Pool, vielen gemütlichen Sitzecken und herrlichem Garten. Die Gastgeber Claudia und Walter sind ausgesprochen aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, auch unser Hund war ebenso herzlich willkommen! Rundum ein perfekter Ort für entspannte Urlaubstage !

Enttäuschung

Vorweg muss ich sagen , der Ort Roseto degli Abruzzi und die Lage der Ferienwohnung sind ein Traum . Die Sonnenaufgänge und der unverbaute Blick zum Meer suchen ihres Gleichen. Die Ruhe und die unveränderte Landschaft sind wirklich Extravagant . Apropos Extravagant , genauso wurde uns unsere Ferienwohnung angepriesen . Unsere Wohnung jedenfalls war alles andere als Extravagant .Sie hatte schlichtweg ihre Besten Zeiten hinter sich und sollte nicht als etwas besonderes dargestellt werden. Schade.

Traumhafter Ort mit perfekten Gastgebern

Wir (3 Erwachsene mit 8 jährigem Kind) haben unseren Aufenthalt in der modernen, perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Ausblick sowie die Lage sind traumhaft, Claudia und Walter als Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, der Pool großzügig und sauber, der Garten weitläufig und einladend. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen! Danke für die schönen Tage !!!
