Cottage "Jung", renovated in 2017. In the district of Kaindorf 2 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 20 km from the centre of Schladming, in the residential district, 10 km from the lake, 11 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: large garden 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises, single garage at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake "Aich" 10 km. Tennis 1 km, ski lift 11 km, gondola lift 11 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 13 km.
"Jung", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, dining nook, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Balcony, 2 terraces partly covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem superschönen Ferienhaus. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Wir wurden nett empfangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Ferienhaus Jung

Wir waren schon das 2.mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.Die Gegend ist fantastisch. Man kann wandern,Ski fahren. Einkaufen in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit Bergblick und mit dem Auto nur2 Minuten vom netten Ort Gröbming entfernt. Vermieter unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Wohnzimmer und Bäder sind renoviert, die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zum Schlafen okay. Küche gut ausgestattet. Großer Garten für Hund und Kinder vorhanden. Die Menschen in der Gegend sind außergewöhnlich freundlich. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, egal ob Sommer oder Winter. Gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zudem ist das Haus von einem tollen Garten umgeben. Von der Terrasse hat man einen mega Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Urlaub in den Bergen

Es war ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus indem wir unseren Urlaub verbringen durften. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Badezimmer sind neu und modern, auch die Küche ist neu und mit allem bestückt was man zum Kochen braucht wenn man einmal nicht Essen gehen möchte. Der Schlüsselhalter ist sehr nett und immer für einen da. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ich war schon öfters in Gröbming. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb in Mitterberg Kaindorf. Zu den Skigebieten Galsterberg oder Haus am Kaibling fährt man ca. 10 Min. mit dem Pkw. Das ist für mich kein Problem, dafür ist das Haus preiswert und sehr gut. Gerne komme ich wieder (wenn kein Corona herrscht). Mit unserer Heimreise wurden die Skigebiete geschlossen.

Het huisje is keur netjes alles wat je nodig hebt is er zelfs een grote 2 laden vrieskast.Het huisje is ruim, heeft een mooie tuin en ligt erg gunstig mbt. attracties in de omgeving.Goede restaurants, bakker winkels alles binnen 5 km te bereiken.Puntje van kritiek: Garage is omschreven maar past geen enkele auto in is slechts 2 mtr. lang jammer geen schaduw plek voor de auto, en er zijn geen ligstoelen aanwezig voor in de tuin. Reistips: Stoderzinken, dagtrips naar Tauplitz, de Altauersee, schwarzensee, Jagersee, Hohenloipe Filzmoos–Radtstaderhutte.

Gute Ausstattung,Bäder sind modern saniert.Schöne Lage mit Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Viele Attraktionen in der Nähe .ZB Kletterpark in Gröbming ,Ausflug zum Stoderzinken mit Besuch der kleinen Kirche an der Steilwand.

Die Unterkunft war sauber gut ...

Die Unterkunft war sauber gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Mit Fußbodenheizung war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Einkaufen war unten im Dorf gut möglich und alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und alles hat prima geklappt. Reisetipps: Die Skilifte am Galsterberg sind gut zu erreichen bieten aber keine große Herausforderung.Wer die Sucht sollte nach Schldming fahren.
