Private: well-kept garden 970 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: billiard table. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Gare routière de Biscarrosse" 1.7 km, sandy beach "Biscarrosse-Plage" 12 km, bathing lake "Etang de Biscarrosse/Parentis" 8.5 km. Golf course (27 hole) 11 km, tennis 2 km.
"La Clairière", 5-room house 140 m2. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, bar and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Super schön.

We spent a week end of May here and we were absolutely in love with the house. There is so much space and you'll find everything you need in it. The garden and yard around the house offers sunshine from sunrise til sundset. You should have your own car or bicycles though, because both the lakes and the beach are not in a walking distance. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it to everyone.

Leider gibt es für die Gartenliegen keine Polsterauflagen. Die Vermieter sind sehr misstrauisch und kontrollieren bei Kautionsrückgabe u.a., ob alle Billardkugeln da sind und ob die Fernsehprogramme verstellt sind. Das fanden wir sehr schade und haben so etwas zuvor noch nie erlebt!

Ruhig gelegenes Haus an einer ...

Ruhig gelegenes Haus an einer schmalen Anwohnerstraße in einem Wohngebiet mit ausschließlich Einfamilienhäusern. Großer Garten mit nicht einsehbaren Terrassen. Die Ausstattung ist für den Urlaub absolut in Ordnung. Das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Haus wurde bis vor ca. 1 Jahr von den Eigentümern selbst bewohnt, bis sie berufsbedingt umziehen mußten. Die Vermietung läuft über die sehr freundlichen nur französisch sprechenden Eltern der Vermieter. Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind ca. 1 km entfernt. Weitere Supermärkte, etc. sind in ca. 4–5 km Entfernung vorhanden. Ansonsten gibt es in der Hauptsaison in Biscarrosse Ville und Plage regelmäßig Märkte, auf denen alles zu bekommen ist. Reisetipps: Biscarrosse Plage ist ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Der Strand am nördlichen Ortsende ist deutlich weniger bevölkert als direkt in der Ortsmitte. Südlich beginnt gleich das militärische Sperrgebiet. Die Auswahl an Restaurants ist in B.–Plage ist vollkommen ausreichend. Ausflug nach Arcachon ca. 30 Autominuten. Bordeaux ca. 1–1,5 h je nach Verkehr. Biarritz, Bayonne ca. 2 h

Wir waren 2 Familien mit je ei...

Wir waren 2 Familien mit je einem Kind. In der Wohung sind 3 Schlafzimmer mit französischen Betten und 1 Schlafzimmer mit auseinanderschiebbarem Doppelbett. Es gibt 2 verschieden große Bäder, und ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet und gepflegt. Unter dem großen Esstisch befindet sich eine Billardplatte aber auch das Essen in der Küche oder im Garten ist sehr schön.Der Garten hat eine große Wiese und man kann überall drum herum sich aufhalten. Es ist komplett umzäunt, was mit Kindern sehr angenehm ist.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich und bei Sprachschwierigkeiten hat ein befreundeter Nachbar geholfen. Neben der Küche ist ein großer Vorraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und 2. Kühlschrank. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Reisetipps: Mit dem Auto kann man in Biscarosse Plage auch in der Hauptsaison Strände finden, die nicht so überfüllt sind in Richtung Dune de Pilat, diese sind auch mit dem Rad gut erreichbar. In der Hauptsaison muss man allerdings immer mit Stauin der Stadt rechnen. Es gibt jeden Tag Märkte mit frischem Fisch, tollem Käse und Salami u.a.
