Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Les Roches". 700 m from the centre of Le Pouldu, 5 km from the centre of Clohars-Carnoet, 13 km from the centre of Quimperlé, 5 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 50 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 700 m, grocery 950 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 850 m, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "Plage Bellangenet" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 1.3 km, sailing school 1.3 km, walking paths from the house 5 m. Nearby attractions: Quimperlé 12 km, Pont Aven 21 km, Concarneau, Ville Close 42 km, Lorient, départ Île de Groix 30 km, Quimper 60 km, Carnac 60 km. Hiking paths: GR34, sentier des douaniers 10 m.
"Les Roches", 4-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

On the rocks with outstanding feeling of the sea

A tiny but extraordinary located cabin. A kitchen for chefs with view on the atlantic while you cook the soupe des poissons.Only thing to get along with, the nano-toilet… to stand up, you need to open the door!

großartige Lage

Die Lage direkt am Klippenrand ist einfach großartig. Das Häuschen ist sehr nett eingerichtet. Küche gut ausgestattet. Für 6 Personen vl etwas knapp, außer es ist alles Familie oder versteht sich sehr gut. Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert, nett und freundlich.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und schön. Die elektro Geräte auf dem neusten Stand. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen nicht so toll aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und uns prächtig erholt. Danke dafür.

Location spettacolare

La casa (porzione di bifamiliare) è in una posizione unica sulle rocce che sormontano il mare e visibile da ovunque in zona. A pochi metri dalla passeggiata sulla scogliera per escursionisti che va avanti per kilometri e scende in spiagge e calette. Il paesino è prettamente turistico ma a pochi kilometri si raggiunge Clohars-carnoet dove ci sono più negozi (un supermercato) e sevizi. Unica nota negativa l' odore un po' di muffa della casa e lo spazio wc molto angusto.

Spektakuläre Lage am Meer

Die Lage des Hauses ist echt einmalig, näher kann man am Meer fast nicht sein. Der Strand, welcher fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt liegt, ist sehr schön feinsandig. Der Wanderweg entlang des Meeres ist auf jeden Fall lohnenswert. Das Haus selber ist gut eingerichtet. Die sanitären Anlagen sind jedoch ein Problem, vor allen Dingen die kleine Toilette, Intimsphäre gleich null. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt, was ich fraglich finde. Als Ehepaar war das Haus okay.

Petite maison bien équipée et surtout idéalement située face à la mer à flanc de falaise. Attention les sanitaires sont microscopiques (particulièrement les toilettes inutilisables fortes fermées quand on mesure plus d'1,85m).

sehr schön in exponierter Lage

ein sehr schönes, kleines Häuschen in wunderbarer Lage mit sensationellem Blich auf den Atlantik. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Internet funktioniert gut, der Strand ist fussläufig in 5min zu erreichen - alles sehr gut, wir kommen gern wieder!

Das Haus hat eine sehr ungewöhnliche und exponierte Lage direkt an der Steilküste.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir haben das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss benutzt und waren über die feste Matratze und die sehr große Decke erfreut.Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allen Küchengeräten und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Es gibt es kleines Manko. Die Toilette.Sie ist neu, aber der Toilettenraum ist extrem klein. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt berührt man mit den Knien die Toilettentür. Nicht für große oder dicke Menschen.Insgesamt ist das Haus hervorragend.Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren. Reisetipps: Sehenswert das hervorragend hergerichtete Gauguin–Museum "Buvette de la Plage" das nur 10 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist.Man bekommtein Tablet mit Kopfhörer und kann einfach die Deutsche Erklärung antippen.

Vue époustouflante. Wahou à l’arrivée !

Petite maison bien rénovée. Chambres agréables. Sanitaires trop petits surtout les wc. Et surtout une vue de folie. On espère presque une tempête pour être au premières loges ! Pascale, très pro et agréable.
