Manque d’égard pour la clientèle

Les parkings sont trop éloignés des logements, les chariots non cassés sont réservés au personnel de nettoyage. Inadéquation entre la politique du 0 voiture et la clientèle hors-saison constituée majoritairement de personnes âgées ou PMR. D’autre part, l’accueil semblerait plus sympathique si TOUT le personnel répondait bonjour. Pas besoin d’acclamations juste "bonjour"

Nur für Franzosen

Die Unterkunft ist nicht ausgelegt auf Urlauber, die vielleicht nicht so gut französisch sprechen. Meine Bitte, doch etwas langsamer zu sprechen, wurde stets ignoriert. Man zahlt extra Umweltabgaben, dafür hat man es aber nur mit Kapselmaschinen zu tun, die auch nicht richtgig funktionieren. Die gesamte Anlage könnte besser gepflegt werden.

Entspannung und Kultur

In der Anlage war es sehr ruhig,allerdings waren wir Anfang Oktober dort. Man erreicht viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige prähistorische Kulturstätten im Nahen Umkreis.Weltkulturerbe so nah.Wir waren begeistert . Salat ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar,zurück geht es etwas Berg hoch.Sarlat ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit vielen tollen kleinen Gassen.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet! Allerdings ist es nicht zu akzeptieren, dass es nur eine Kapselkaffeemaschine gibt! Wenn man auf Umweltschutz Wert legt, den Müll trennt und Wassersparen praktiziert, gehen diese kleinen unsinnigen Kapseln gar nicht!!! Ein Toaster gehört eigentlich auch in ein Ferienhaus, gab es leider auch nicht!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Waren sehr zufrieden. Sarlat la Canéda st ein sehr schöner Ort. Unterkunft ist schön gelegen. Zu Fuß 10min. Berg hinab nach Sarlat, 20 min. Berg hinauf ;-) zur Unterkunft. Jede Menge Ausflugsziele in die Umgebung meist mit PKW. Frühstück (Baquette etc.) kann bestellt und an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten für zwei Personen Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Dann ist Platzangebot für Kleidung etc. ausreichend. Für sechs Personen viel zu eng.

Très bien située près de Sarlat

Résidence pratique et très bien située près de Sarlat. Les personnes à la réception sont très serviables pour aider avec toutes les questions. Maison correcte, confortable, propre avec les équipements en bon état. Le coin cuisine est un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Chariots pour faciliter le déchargement/chargement et de nombreuses places de parking. Beaucoup d’informations à la réception pour découvrir la région. Le service de boulangerie est pratique mais le pain n’est pas top.

Gute Organisation und Lage

Die Anlage liegt oberhalb von Sarlat, der historische Stadtkern ist gut zu erreichen. Die Organisation funktioniert sehr gut durch freundliches Personal. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts ( Mai ) sehr fair.

Erholung pur

Der Urlaub war sehr angenehm. Man kann hier sehr viele Ausflüge machen, nach Hautefort ins Schloss oder Beynac. Absolut empfehlenswert ist der Besuch der Stadt La Rouque-Gageac oder die Gärten von Marqueyssac. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Betten mit 190 cm etwas kurz. Es gibt nur französische Fernsehsender. Man kann aber mit Bluetooth über das Ipad deutsche Sender anschauen wenn man unbegrenztes Datenvolumen hat. Der Pool war sehr schön und beheizt, für uns das Highlight der Anlage.
