Beautiful villa "Lucija", 2 storeys, built in 2020. In the hamlet Čuleti 8 km from the centre of Pazin, 8 km from the centre of Gračišće, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 27 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'250 m2, lawn 800 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, volleyball, badminton, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, café 5 km, bus stop 7.6 km, pebble beach 27 km. Cycle lane 8 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 50 km from the property. Private:outdoor kitchen (2 hot plates).

Ein fantastischer Urlaub
Die Villa Lucija Nähe Pazin ist ein Traum. Modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage und ideal mit Familien mit Hund. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in Istrien.

Ein perfekter Urlaub!
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, tadellos sauber, gepflegt, mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, man hat absolut alles, was man braucht und sogar mehr. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr sympathisch. Wir haben uns bereits bei der Begrüßung sehr willkommen gefühlt. Obst, Gemüse und Wein gab es als Willkommensgruß. Herrliche Ruhe und gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Top Unterkunft
Die Besitzer des Hauses waren total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben als Begrüßung einen riesigen Geschenkskorb mit Gemüse, Obst, Keksen und Wein bekommen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts. Der Außenbereich ist das beste der Villa. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle, der Pool ist angenehm kühl, die Liegen sind bequem und der Essbereich ist überdacht und immer schattig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
