House "Wallner". 50 m from the centre of Fusch, 7 km from the centre of Bruck, 12 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a sunny position, 100 m from the skiing area. Private: property 300 m2, garden. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 50 m, bus stop "Fusch Ortsmitte" 160 m, railway station "Zell am See" 7.6 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift 10 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 500 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Kaprun/Zell am See.
5-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, partly renovated, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining nook, cable TV and radio. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and bath/WC. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine) with wood-burning stove. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and cable TV. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom. Het is een goed en gezellig huis. De indeling wat bedden betreft was niet heel praktisch, maar we zijn er onderling goed uitgekomen. We werden goed geïnformeerd over alles en iedereen was erg behulpzaam!

Verder prima bedden (behalve 1, 2 pers bed op de 1e verd.) Lattenbodem was stuk en het matras was namelijk verouderd. Wat wij misten waren verduisterende gordijnen. Overall hebben we een zeer prettige vakantie gehad en hebben genoten in het appartement, en zouden er zo weer terug keren.

Vriendelijk ontvangst, zeer flexible eigenaren. De woning was iets gedateerd qua sanitaire voorzieningen en gebruiksvoorwerpen (o.a. badkamer en meubilair etc). Verder prima bedden (behalve 1, 2 pers bed op de 1e verd.) Lattenbodem was stuk en het matras was namelijk verouderd. Wat wij misten waren verduisterende gordijnen. Overall hebben we een zeer prettige vakantie gehad en hebben genoten in het appartement, en zouden er zo weer terug keren.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne Lage, bietet ausreichend Platz, im Ort kann man mit Gästekarte das Freibad kostenlos nutzen. Die Vermieter waren sehr unfreundlich. Den Wellnessbereich, der im Angebot enthalten war, haben wir vor Ort nicht angeboten bekommen und auch nicht nutzen können. Die Küche war sehr alt und teilweise schlecht ausgestattet.

Nach der eher "ruppigen" Begrüßung durch den Hauswirt hatten wir eine schöne Woche im Haus und waren mit dem Haus insgesamt zufrieden. Da wir eine relativ große Gruppe waren und beide Wohnungen genutzt haben, war die Ausstattung der Küche teilweise etwas dünn - aber noch ok (und hier wurde auch auf Nachfrage direkt nachgebessert). Ansonsten alles fein

Zeer attente gastheer, verouderde woning

Deze woning heeft op papier 11 bedden maar is wat ons betreft niet geschikt voor 11 personen. Wij zouden met 10 gaan maar waren uiteindelijk met 9 en daar waren we achteraf wel blij mee. Verder is de inrichting verouderd. Ontbrekende glazen en lepels konden we ophalen bij het hotel. Maar de locatie is prima als je het niet erg vindt om een stukje te rijden naar de skilift of de skibus te pakken. Eigenaren ... zijn zeer attent en vriendelijk. De woning is vlakbij hun hotel-pension.

Dom w dobrej lokalizacji. Wyposażenie to stare meble , drewniane, słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Nie wyobrażam sobie pobytu w tym domu 11 osób (tylko 2 łazienki). Ciepło, ale niskich temperatur podczas naszego pobytu nie było.
