Liebevoll verwaltetes Haus mit tollem Außenbereich

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist toll. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und der Poolbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Auffahrt ist mit einem großen Auto recht steil und schwierig dafür lohnt sich der Ausblick später. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung. Am ersten Tag wurden wir herzlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr geräumig. Es ist riesengross. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem Top Zustand. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank auch an den Vermieter, der uns wärmstens empfangen hat.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit kleinen Makeln

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Zufahrt ist allerdings sehr beschwerlich, man überlegt sich zwei mal ob die Fahrt notwendig ist. Diano Marina erreicht man zufuß in 30 Minuten, der Rückweg ist sehr steil. Das Haus war leider sehr ausgekühlt und man konnte kaum heizen. Ein Bett im OG (gleich links) sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden! Das ist wirklich unzumutbar. Ansonsten hat im Großen und Ganzen alles gepasst.

Ab diesem Monat (November) werden in allen Räumen sowohl Heizkörper als auch eine Wärmepumpe Daikin vorhanden sein. Kunden können beides in jedem Schlafzimmer nutzen und die Heizung vor allem in den Schlafzimmern und im Dachgeschoss nutzen, wo es kälter war. Das Bett wurde ausgetauscht. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für Ihren Erfahrungsbereicht, der wichtig ist, um stets Verbesserungen vornehmen zu können. Es wäre uns eine Freude, Sie erneut willkommen heißen zu dürfen.
