In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for skis, washing machine, ski boot dryer. 2.5 km long bumpy, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Fusch Ortsmitte" 2.4 km, railway station "Bruck-Fusch Bahnhof" 9.5 km. Gondola lift 14 km, ski bus stop 3 km, sled run 8 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Nearby attractions: Wildpark Ferleiten 7 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Access 2.5 km via a winding, paved mountain road and approx. 200 m via an unpaved goods road. All-terrain vehicle required. Parking space on the property. The owner keeps cows on a pasture on the open nature plot.
