Sehr schönes Haus

Haus am Golfplatz
Wir fühlten uns nie durch den Lärm des nahen kleinen Regionalflughafens gestört. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings sollten die Herdplatten überprüft werden, da nicht alle einwandfrei funktionierten. Ein toller grosser Pool, den wir aber nicht voll nutzen konnten jetzt im Oktober, da nicht beheizt. Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall.

wir waren zum 2.Mal da und hab...
wir waren zum 2.Mal da und haben bereits wieder für September 2018 gebucht! Das zeigt, dass das Objekt zu uns passt.Erneut reklamieren wir das nicht zu schließende große Fensterelement im Obergeschoss – lädt zum Einbruch ein!–Ebenso haben wir keinen funktionsfähigen Grill vorgefunden, sehr schade!Das Objekt ist sauber , wobei die Bäder Abnutzungserscheinungen zeigen und zumindest die Toilettendeckel nach einem Austausch rufen! Neue Duscharmaturen und neue Trennscheiben würden die Bäder wieder strahlen lassen.Die Küchengeräte sind noch funktionsfähig, aber altersbezogen mit der Frage: wie lange noch? Hier würden Neuinvestitionen das gute Gesamtbild des Objektes abrunden.An einem Tag hatten wir Stromausfall. Großes Kompliment an F., die soforterreichbar und sehr souverän dafür gesorgt hat, dass Fachleute nur Stunden später das Problem behoben haben.Fazit: überschaubare Neuinvestitionen würden das ohnehin schöne Objekt erstklassig machen!Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Haus war super schön und ungla...
Haus war super schön und unglaublich geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool wunderschön, bei der Größe toll zum Schwimmen, allerdings nichts für kleine Kinder. Es empfiehlt sich, einen Mückenschutz mitzunehmen. Fahrräder müssten erst repariert werden, waren nicht zu benutzen. WLAN perfekt.

unbedingt neue Gartenmöbel und...
unbedingt neue Gartenmöbel und Terrassenmöbel kaufen. Haus und Gartenmöbel waren sehr dreckig. Abgelaufene Lebensmittel. Garten sehr unaufgeräumt. Für den Preis wäre etwas mehr Sorgfalt angebracht. Sonst sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool in guter Lage.

Das Haus entsprach größtenteil...
Das Haus entsprach größtenteils der Beschreibung im Internet. Zu Bemängeln gibt es jedoch, dass ... der Terrassenausgang im 1. OG dadurch nicht zu verschließen war. Für uns stellte dies ein hohes Sicherheitsrisiko dar, welches uns nachts nicht unbedingt ruhig schlafen ließ. Außerdem war die Beleuchtung der oberen Terrasse defekt. Des weiteren fehlte die gemauerte Grillstelle, – wir fanden lediglich einen verrotteten Standgrill vor. Der vorhandene, kleine Sonnenschirm war defekt, passte nicht zum Fuß und flog beim kleinsten Windstoß weg. Anzumerken ist außerdem, dass die ansonsten ruhige Lage durch den gelegentlichen Fluglärm des in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen Sportflugplatzes gestört wurde.

Die Türen wurden von unserem Partner vor Ort überprüft
und es konnte keine Beeinträchtigung
festgestellt werden. Die Terrassentür kann über ein zus&#
228;tzliches Sicherungssystem verriegelt werden. Der
Vermieter wird hierzu eine Anleitung auslegen. Der Sonnenschirm wurde
ersetzt. Ein Steingrill wurde zwischenzeitlich
installiert. Die einspurige Sportflugpiste, die sich in ca. 400 m
Entfernung befindet, wird mittlerweile in der
Beschreibung erwähnt.
