IdĂ©alement situĂ©, belle surface et Ă©quipement bien fourni..PrĂ©voyez de l’anti moustique , ils vous dĂ©vorent la bas, surtout dans le jardin du bas..Le carrefour au pied de l appartement pratique le matin, mais fait un peu de bruit la nuit et quelques travaux ne feraient pas de mal comme remplacer les store Ă  l’étage des veluxes et des petites bricoles Ă  rĂ©parer pourraient le rendre parfait..Mais globalement satisfait vraiment, pourquoi pas y revenir un jour..Manque pour ĂȘtre parfait

Bel emplacement

Logement trĂšs agrĂ©able avec un extĂ©rieur apprĂ©ciable. Il est trĂšs bien placĂ© pour profiter du lac majeur et de ses alentours. Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine. Éventuellement prĂ©voir de quoi occulter les fenĂȘtres de l'Ă©tage.

Gutes Preis-LeistungsverhÀltnis

Insgesamt war alles gut. Lediglich das Sofa und den Wohnzimmertisch hatten wir uns besser vorgestellt. Da es recht kĂŒhl war, waren die zur VerfĂŒgung gestellten LeintĂŒcher als Bettdecken fĂŒr uns nicht ausreichend. Es gab zwar verschiedene Wolldecken in den SchrĂ€nken aber diese rochen teilweise sehr unangenehm. Aber zum GlĂŒck gab es eine Waschmaschine. Die KĂŒche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr praktisch war der kleine Einkaufsmarkt nebenan. Es war sehr ruhig. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden!

Wohnung und Umgebung

Sehr gerĂ€umige Wohnung und gut ausgestattet, wie z.B. SpĂŒlmaschine und Waschmaschine. Ruhige Wohnlage. Nach 50m Fussweg erreicht man ein LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft. Nach ca. 100 Meter ein Restaurant mit guter Speisekarte. Perfekt um nach TagesausflĂŒgen dort den Tag mit leckerem Essen zu beenden. Endreinigung war allerdings oberflĂ€chlich. Muss detaillierter werden. Z.B. auch unter den Sitzpolstern (hochklappen) der Wohnzimmercouch staubsaugen. Matratzenschoner und Matratzen sĂ€ubern.

FĂŒr unser Familientreffen mit Teenagern hat die Unterkunft super gepasst. Das Haus war gerĂ€umig und guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr verschiedene AktivitĂ€ten. Wir wĂŒrden zu jeder Zeit wieder kommen! Die KĂŒhlanlage vom Supermarkt nebenan ist etwas laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern jedoch kein Problem.

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Lago Maggiore

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, das ist sehr praktisch. Im Haus ist die Schwester des Vermieters, die sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich war und uns ohne zu fragen Regenschirme geliehen hat, was uns sehr geholfen hat, da es mehrere Tage regnete. Auch in der obersten Etage konnte man nachts gut schlafen, es war nicht zu warm. Der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung ist, dass es relativ viele MĂŒcken gibt. Ansonsten eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung.

Pro: Gute Raumeinteilung. Nebenan hat es einen Carrefour Express, fĂŒr kleinere EinkĂ€ufe super. Ebenfalls ein Restaurant gleich unten neben dem Parkplatz, welches gĂŒnstig gute Pizzas anbieten. Aber besser ĂŒber die Gasse, sonst werden 'Gedeck'-Kosten berechnet, auch fĂŒr Kleinkinder. Kontra: Schlecht isoliert. Heizkosten doch eher hoch (60-70 € / Woche). KĂŒche ausreichend, doch nicht umfangreich ausgestattet. Das Objekt ist nicht so gut erreichbar.

Insgesamt waren wir alle zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Der Grill war durch ein fehlendes Teil nur sehr schlecht zu benutzen . In der KĂŒche waren die Messer Stumpf und es gab nur ein einziges sehr kleines Schneidebrett. Ansonsten sehr gute Ausstattung! Im Schlafraum Obergeschoss war es enorm heiß und der Ventilator hatte keine gute Leistung. GlĂŒcklicherweise hatten wir einen eigenen leistungsstĂ€rkeren Ventilator dabei. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Was wir eigentlich von dem Ver...

Was wir eigentlich von dem Vertrag wußten,aber doch stressig war ,ist die spĂ€te Einscheckung am Anreisetag. Halb vier ist doch fĂŒr GĂ€ste die aus dem Freiburger Raum kommen viel zu lange zumal 8 Personen inc. Kinder schlussendlich das Haus beziehen wollen Reisetipps: was zu wissen ist erfĂ€hrt man alles in nĂ€chster NĂ€he. Das TourismusbĂŒro sollte besser auf Fragen der GĂ€ste eingehen in unserem Fall waren Kinder unsere Ansprechpartner.
