The sea and the Baltic Sea beach are only about 20 metres away. The centre of lively Scharbeutz is about 1.3 kilometres away and can be reached in about 15 minutes via the beautiful promenade. The centre of Haffkrug is about 500 metres away and can be reached in 5 minutes.<br><br>Accommodation <br><br>The “Kleine Möwe” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained holiday complex and can accommodate four guests; two adults with two children is ideal. The high-quality couch in the living room invites you to relax in comfort and can be converted into a double bed (1.60 metres wide) in no time at all. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, leaving nothing to be desired. The adjacent dining area with a corner bench is cleverly integrated into the living room. The sleeping area features a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m wide), and the spacious closet in the hallway offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. The spacious balcony, complete with a dining area, faces west. The modern en suite bathroom, featuring a large shower, a heated towel rack, and a toilet, rounds out this stylish holiday rental. <br><br>Entertainment <br><br>The living room and bedroom are equipped with smart TVs, for which the HD package has been subscribed to ensure the best TV quality. Wi-Fi access and internet radio are also included in the entertainment package. <br><br>Design & Style <br><br>The 41 m² apartment is decorated in a modern maritime style and furnished to a high standard in a cosy Nordic-Scandinavian style. The well-thought-out and airy design lets you already feel the proximity to the Baltic Sea beach. The furniture has simple shapes, the design is clean and straightforward, and the colour scheme is soft and understated. <br><br>Parking & Bicycles <br><br>So you don’t have to search for a parking spot while on holiday, there is a parking space for your car in the underground garage (please note the very narrow entrance to the underground garage).
