Its proximity to the well-known beach towns of Hohwacht and Sehlendorf makes for spontaneous trips to the beach, while the nearby Hohwachter Bucht Golf and Country Club offers active holidaymakers a wide range of recreational activities.

The holiday home is fully equipped: Modern entertainment electronics, such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system, as well as practical extras like a washing machine, dryer, and heated floors, are available to guests. For culinary delights, the well-equipped kitchen offers everything your heart desires—from a ceramic cooktop and oven to a dishwasher and a freezer.

Dogs are welcome at Solviken, making the house an ideal holiday destination for dog owners. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

The Solviken house, whose name means “sunny bay” and is reminiscent of a Swedish region, lives up to its name: Hohwacht Bay, known for its many sunny days, awaits you with a unique atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday.

You have the option to charge your electric or hybrid vehicle using a wallbox at the property. After your stay, the cost of the electricity used will be deducted from your security deposit. If you have not paid a security deposit, one will be charged upon arrival if you wish to use the wallbox (€250.00 security deposit). You will only be charged for the electricity used to charge your vehicle!

Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a wood-burning stove, a sauna, and heated floors. The fully equipped kitchen and cosy living area ensure a comfortable stay. The surrounding area offers golf courses and many recreational opportunities.
