"Single-storey Oléron-style house "Les Matelots", located 700 m from the sea and Foulerot beach, and 500 m from the Saumonards forest, children’s playgrounds, volleyball court, tennis court, and close to bike paths.

Charming house of approximately 90 m², set on a 400 m² enclosed plot.



A terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a built-in concrete barbecue.



The house features a bright living area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, two shower rooms with toilets, three bedrooms, a garage, and a summer kitchen.

It is equipped with fiber internet and Wi-Fi.

A baby bed and high chair are also available.



This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a fenced garden, a terrace, barbecue, and sun loungers.

Parking is available on the property, as well as a garage.



Families with children are welcome.

One pet, preferably small, is allowed. Pet owners must contact the hosts in advance.

Un havre de paix

Une jolie maison, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée ; des hôtes très réactifs. Nous y sommes allés pour les fêtes de fin d’année et nous y avons passé un très agréable moment.
