On the upper floor, you’ll find the main entrance, a guest bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining and living areas. From here, you can step directly onto the large, stunning balcony with ocean views—the feature that makes this holiday home so unique. With a glass of wine, the sound of the ocean, and the palm trees, you’ll instantly forget your daily routine and feel like you’re on holiday from the very first second.

On the lower floor, you’ll find a large bathroom, a separate toilet, an open-concept dressing room, and the bedroom with a sea view and access to the private terrace with a garden and sun loungers. From there, you also have a direct view of the ocean, and it’s just 30 metres from the property to the fine, gently sloping sandy beach of Costa Calma. Once there, you can let the fresh Atlantic water wash over your feet or take a swim in the ocean.

This duplex was completely renovated and fully refurnished just this past fall in 2024.

In this beautiful holiday home, you’ll find two air conditioners, a fully equipped open kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave with grill function, ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, and toaster), mosquito screens on all windows and balcony/patio doors, a private Wi-Fi router, two smart TVs, a safe in the walk-in closet, a walk-in shower in the bathroom, a private washing machine with dryer function, an ironing board, and an iron. The double bed in the bedroom measures 1.80 x 2.00 m.

The popular Costa Beach restaurant is located right in your Palmeras Beach complex on the beach—far enough away from your property that you won’t be bothered by noise or odours. Here, you can enjoy an excellent meal or simply sip a holiday cocktail on the cosy beach terrace. Alternatively, you can, of course, enjoy a sundowner with a view of the ocean from your balcony or private terrace and let your relaxing day come to a close.

A wide selection of restaurants and cafés, two supermarkets, a bakery, and other shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.
