This modern and bright two-room apartment is located on the 5th floor, features a balcony, and can accommodate up to four people. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lübeck Bay. The balcony is accessible from the combined living and dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove. The bedroom, which has a window, features two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) that cannot be pushed together. The living room has a sleeper sofa (140 cm x 220 cm). The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. Parking space included. From the parking space, a side entrance leads to the lift for ground-level loading and unloading. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach without having to cross any streets.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

Dogs are permitted for a fee upon prior registration.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
