This bright two-room apartment on the ground floor of the Old Captain’s House is the perfect place for anyone who wants to be right in the thick of things. Located right on Probsteier Platz, you can look out from the balcony onto the bustling activity in the centre of Laboe—and at the same time, you’re only about 100 metres from the fine-sand beach. During the summer months, you’ll even have your own beach chair waiting for you there—that little extra touch for relaxing days with a view of the sea.

The apartment is warmly and functionally furnished—with room for up to four people. The small entryway leads directly into the living-dining room with a kitchenette, dining table, and access to the balcony. The kitchenette offers everything you need for your holiday—including a refrigerator, hob, microwave, and coffee maker. The sofa bed in the living room can be easily converted into a cosy sleeping area for two additional guests.

In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, is simple and functional—just right for freshening up after a day at the beach.

A real advantage, especially during peak season: You have a reserved spot in the building’s underground car park (maximum clearance height: 1.90 m)—no need to hunt for a parking spot; just pull in and relax.

You also have access to your own beach chair right at the Buena Vista, free of charge. The chairs are available from April 1 through September 30.

A shared laundry room in the building provides additional convenience. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available here—especially handy for longer stays or families with children. Cyclists have also been taken into account: Bike parking is available right in the underground car park.

You can easily reach everything you need on foot: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, a pharmacy—and, of course, the harbor.So whether you’re picking up bread rolls at the bakery in the morning or going out for dinner in the evening, you’ll hardly need your car here.
