This 70-square-meter holiday apartment can accommodate up to four people. Once you arrive, take a deep breath—the sandy beach and the waves of the Baltic Sea are just a few minutes’ walk away. The 12-square-meter rooftop terrace, furnished with rustic garden furniture, is the perfect spot to unwind. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast under the open sky or relaxing on the apartment’s private rooftop terrace—your holiday begins the moment you arrive. The bright living room offers plenty of space to unwind on the leather corner sofa or to dine at the dining table. The apartment is furnished in an elegant style. A large flat-screen TV with smart features provides evening entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, is perfect for a good night’s sleep. It features nightstands with reading lamps, a flat-screen TV, an armchair, and a wardrobe with ample storage space. Top Service, völlig unkompliziert .. es ist alles da, was man braucht.. in zweiter Reihe nur paar Schritte zum Strand und zur Promenade… das Auto steht gut.. perfekt Die Lage der Wohnung etwas weiter weg vom gegenüberliegenden Hochhaushotel Arkona ist besser für Ruhesuchende und Langschläfer, der Anlieferverkehr geht früh recht ausgeprägt sehr zeitig und laut los plus Bushaltestelle und An- und -Abreisen… Insektenschutz wie in den anderen Wohnungen wäre wünschenswert… aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau alles perfekt 57
