Apartment of 100 m2 in Villa, 10/15 minutes walk from a small sandy beach. 7 minutes walk from an excellent bakery (one of the best in Saint-Raphaël ...) Residential area. New ground floor overlooking the garden of 500 m2, with independent entrance to the villa. Full equipment. In the garden: tables, chairs, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue, parasols. Complete equipment for baby (bed, high chair, bath, bottle warmer and changing mat). The "final cleaning" option at 60 euros is compulsory, cleaning of the barbecue and / or the fireplace is not included in the final cleaning, it's up to you to keep it clean when you leave. . The option "rental of household linen" (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels) 7 euros / person for the stay is left to everyone's discretion.

We spent wonderful days in St. Raphael. Starting with the uncomplicated arrival, the very nice landlady, our very clean and perfectly equipped apartment, the beautiful beaches and the great weather, it was a wonderful holiday

A perfect place to spend some quality vacation

A nice, clean ans spacious apartment, in a quiet area, still close to the sea-side, city-centre and all the touristic places ! Well equipped, nicely decorated, luminous, with huge wardrobes, it perfectly fits the photos and description. It felt like home at once, even for children as the garden is large, green and safely well enclosed. A wonderful place to enjoy a good time, in the garden, or on the terasse, cooling on the deckchairs. The landlord is very discrete, sweet and caring, but very helpful if any direction or information are needed. I'm a huge fan and would gladly come back !!!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Garten

Das Inserat hält mit der Wirklichkeit Schritt. Die Vermieterin ist eine super tolle Gastgeberin und einfach in der Kommunikation. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist Küche (groß und voll eingerichtet) und das Wohnzimmer (groß). Wir haben die ruhige Lage der Wohnung sehr geschätzt. Wer allergisch auf Moskitostiche reagiert, sollte vorsorgen... das liegt aber an der Gegend und nicht speziell an der Wohnung. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter!

Schöne ruhige Oase an quirliger Côte d'Azur

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben in der Anzeige - teilweise ist es sogar noch besser als in der Anzeige. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und hübsch gestaltet, die Betten waren bequem, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die Größe der Wohnung und die Möglichkeit, den schönen Garten mitbenutzen zu können, hat man eher den Eindruck, in einem Ferienhaus zu wohnen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hält auch einige Tipps bereit. Fußläufig gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei. Ein Auto oder sonstige Fortbewegungsmittel sollte man trotzdem dabei haben. St- Raphael ist ein sehr angenehmer Urlaubsort.

Die Fewo liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit schönen Häusern und ansprechend angelegten Gärten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet den gewohnten Komfort. Im April hat die Saison noch nicht angefangen. Das Angebot an Wassersportangeboten ist darum nur sehr eingeschränkt vorhanden gewesen. Als Ausgleich haben wir die Umgebung zu Fuß erkundet. Besonders die Wanderungen in den umliegenden Naturschutzgebieten sind zu empfehlen, aber auch die Vielzahl der Strände in den kleinen Buchten..

Schöne Ferienwohnung komplett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand, 10 Minuten zum Bäcker. Sehr nette Vermieterin, wohnt in der oberen Etage, spricht Französisch und Englisch. Sie gab uns Freizeittipps und war immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt zu fünft.

Propriétaire flexible et disponible, l'appartement était parfait pour notre séjour vtt lors du roc azur, 5 lits , un bel espace salon et un garage pour les vélos, impeccable .

De l'espace et du calme

La location correspond en tout point à la description qui en est faite avec un vaste living, une grande cuisine entièrement équipée et deux chambres confortables. La location est très bien entretenue et se trouve dans un quartier très calme. Néanmoins, de la maison on peut se rendre à pied à la plage ou chez le boulanger. Un grand hypermarché se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture. L’hôte est discrète et disponible, les boissons à l’arrivée témoignent de son attention pour ses locataires. Bref nous avons passé un excellent moment à Saint-Raphael !

Un soggiorno perfetto

Volevo innanzitutto ringraziare Marie-France per la sua estrema gentilezza e attenzione. La casa è perfetta, non sembra proprio una delle solite case in affitto, è proprio bella, grande e la cucina è dotata di una quantità di accessori inimmaginabili. Il giardino è curato e fantastico quando si hanno 2 bimbi perché stavano sempre fuori a giocare. Ci sono una panetteria (dove fanno il migliore pain au chocolat della zona), una farmacia e un mini market a 7 minuti a piedi. La posizione della casa invece è strategica per visitare la regione. Davvero un soggiorno perfetto, spero di tornarci presto!

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette location très bien agencée et très bien située dans un quartier calme. Tout a été prévu pour vous sentir comme "chez vous" et Mme Jungmann est une personne charmante à l'écoute de ses locataires. Le jardin et les équipements extérieurs doivent être très appréciés aux beaux jours. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet havre de paix !

Comme à la maison !

Vacances de rêve. Il est difficile de trouver un moindre défaut. Tout était parfait. Le silence , des pièces spacieuses, une terrasse et un jardin agréables du matin au soir. Un confort au delà de ce que l'on peut espérer. bref comme à la Maison. Une chose essentielle : Le charme et la gentillesse de notre hôte Mme JUNGMANN. Erholung pur

Außen im Garten sitzen, die Augen schliessen - und nichts hören... Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, alles Einfamilienhäuser mit schönen Gärten drumrum. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, vom Stabmixer über den Weber Gasgrill bis zur Mikrowelle alles dabei - und in tadellosem Zustand. Auch Geschirr und Besteck waren im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen zahlreich vorhanden, sodass wir nicht immer gleich das benutzte Geschirr spülen mussten, um die nächste Mahlzeit zubereiten zu können. Auch eine "Erstausstattung" mit Spülmaschinentabs, Seife, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Salz, Pfeffer etc. war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Auch 2 große Einbauschränke in den Schlafzimmern sind hilfreich beim Verstauen und Ordnung halten. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber auch in einem Top-Zustand (relativ neu). Das Wohn-Esszimmer sehr geräumig und selbst wenn das Ausziehsofa für weitere Gäste genutzt wird, immer noch nicht beengt. Im Garten ein schöner großer Esstisch, eine Lounge-Ecke zum Lesen oder Wein Trinken, Quatschen... und an verschiedenen Ecken im Garten postierte Liegen, um Sonne/Schatten je nach Geschmack folgen zu können. Ein Bäcker, ein Mini-Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf und eine Apotheke sind etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der kleine Sandstrand in der Nähe (auch zu Fuß erreichbar) ist o.k. für ein schnelles Abtauchen zwischendurch. Wir haben die Strände an der Corniche (Küstenstraße) bis Cannes und in der anderen Richtung St. Tropez erkundet, Auswahl für jeden Geschmack, ob Sand oder Felsen, ist in der Umgebung mehr als genug vorhanden. Und die Ferienregion bietet neben einem abwechslungsreichen Bade- und Wassersporturlaub auch alle Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Rennrad- oder Mountainbikestrecken, kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Städte und Märkte, die zum Bummeln einladen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr herzlich, half uns z.B am Ankunftstag, indem sie uns für den Ersteinkauf im Supermarkt den Weg mit ihrem eigenen Auto voranfuhr, damit wir es noch rechtzeitig vor Geschäftsschluss schafften. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und kommen gerne wieder - vielleicht sogar einmal in einer etwas kälteren Jahreszeit, um den offenen Kamin im Wohnzimmer nutzen zu können... Merci beaucoup pour votre appréciation en allemand, bien que je sois incapable de déchiffrer, les 5 étoiles me font comprendre que vous étiez satisfaits. J'ai pu parler français avec Madame (qui parle très bien le français) et anglais avec Monsieur, donc je savais lorsque vous êtes repartis que vous aviez passé de bonnes vacances à Saint-Raphaël. De temps en temps je regarde sur mon smartphone la méteo de Stuttgart...Vous étiez des vacanciers très sympathiques, merci de votre amabilité. Bien amicalement et peut-être à une autre fois.

Location de très grande qualité sur saint raphael

Excellente location, aucun reproche à faire. La literie est parfaite, l'ensemble de la location est d'une propreté remarquable. Très bien équipé, il ne manque rien, de la cuisine à la literie bébé. L'extérieur est remarquable aussi, jardin et terrasse très agréables, petit salon de jardin en plus, transats, barbecue gaz. Propriétaire ultra discrète mais présente si besoin. Accueil très sympathique. Séjour parfait pour nous. merci.

Vous m'aviez déjà remerciée de vive-voix lors de votre départ, mais je dois dire que je suis très sensible à nouveau à vos éloges. Excellent séjour à St Raphael

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison malgré le froid exceptionnel dans cette région du sud .le logement est trés propre et confortable , il dispose de toutes les commodités et il est trés bien chauffé; il est bien situé car trés calme et à proximité des commerces et de la mer ;nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et nous avons même prolongé notre séjour !je pense que cette location doit être encore plus agréable en été car on pourrait profiter du jardin .

Unique et inoubliable

Nous séjournons dans ce bel appartement tous les étés depuis 2009 avec un plaisir chaque fois renouvelé. L'appartement est situé au rez d'une magnifique villa. Il est décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et confortable. Un plus le séjour est équipé de climatisation. Il dispose également d'un agréable jardin ou il fait bon vivre. La propriétaire réside au premier étage. Elle vous accueille avec gentillesse et sait allier discrétion et disponibilité. L'habitation est proche de la mer, du centre et des lieux touristiques. Nous nous réjouissons déjà de notre prochain séjour.

Merci à vous 2 qui êtes devenus au fil des années mes amis Suisses. Il fait toujours bien beau, je profite encore de la plage qui s'est bien vidée. Il pleut sur Toulon, Nice, pratiquement rien ici, pourtant le jardin aurait largement apprécié... Je vous ai donc réservé votre "résidence secondaire" pour l'an prochain ! Passez un bon automne, un bon hiver et un bon printemps dans vos montagnes. Bien amicalement.

formidable aucun reproche

en ce qui nous concerne cela fait la 3ème fois que nous venons dans cette location , c'est formidable surtout au point de vue de l'accueil , la gentillesse nous avons maintenant de l'amitié pour notre propriétaire la location très spacieuse et très propre comme toujours les conseils sont les bien venus et concrets nous espérons pouvoir venir l'année prochaine permettez nous de vous addresser de gros bisous Brigitte et jean pierre de Dunkerque Merci car moralement on en avait besoin

Excellente location, accueil parfait.

La location est très bien situé à coté de la mer à pied et pas loin du centre en voiture, résidence très calme, très complète au niveau de l équipement dans la maison, possibilité de garer 2 voitures ce qui est très pratique, grande terrasse avec table de jardin, chaises longues et barbecue également très agréable.L' intérieur de la maison est vraiment nickel. L' acceuil est parfait et la locataire hyper compréhensive et arrangeante, bref rien à redire, tout était parfait.

Beautiful place to stay.

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment. It is actually the entire first floor of the house. There is plenty of room for six people - two per bedroom, then two in the living room. You can walk to the sea from the house, but I would suggest you drive to the public beach. The parking there is free in October as the busy season is finished. There is a small grocery store a ten minute walk from the house. A half hour walk will take you into the centre of St. Raphael with its bakeries, butchers, wine shops, the train station etc. It is a half hour train ride to Nice. Even closer, I would strongly recommend hiking in the Dramont (a five minute drive east), and visiting the Roman ruins in Frejus. Marie France is helpful, always there, but never hovering. We enjoyed our week and hope to return!

Séjour très agréable , très belle location,

La location est très belle ,agréable, la propriétaire est très discrète. le descriptif est très complet, la location était très propre et très bien entretenue. Nous avons beaucoup voyager donc visiter quelques restaurants La location est recommandable Merci GD

Exellent villa, in a quiet location.

We stayed here for one week and it was perfect for the two of us. It is big enough for six people. It is clean and has been recently decorated. The kitchen has all you need and is laid out very well. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds were comfortable and bedding and towels was provided. The villa is the downstairs part of the house and it remains nice and cool. Outside you have a patio,the usual furniture and a barbeque. You dont hear the owner upstairs, it is very quiet both inside and outside. The location is a very pleasant neighbough hood and spotlessly clean, no litter or anything. There is secure off road parking for about four cars. The owner is very nice, speaks good English is very friendly and helpfull. The only negative point for some people is you do need a car. The supermarket is about five minuets drive, and so is the coast. For us this villa was part of a perfect holiday, we have no negative opinions about it. We hope to go back and stay there again, so YES we do recomend it, you wont be disapointed.

Wohnung ist ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT !!!

Anzahl Personen: 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (8+5) Aufenthaltsdauer: 1 Woche Sehr gute, ruhig (und dennoch zentral) gelegene, schön eingerichtete und vor allem saubere Wohnung. Sehr geräumiger Wohn-/Essbreich mit verschiedenen Couchen, großem Esstisch, Kamin, TV, etc., schöne große und gemütliche Küche (in der wir immer gegessen haben, wenn es draußen etwas kühl war) sowie 2 Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Platz und mit jeweils großen Wandschränken. Dazu gibt’s noch einen Garten, in denen, wenn wir mal nicht unterwegs oder am Strand waren, die Kinder gespielt haben oder wir schön gemütlich mit dem vorhandenen Weber-Grill gegrillt haben. Ausserdem gibt’s im Garten viele Sitzgelegenheiten zum „Chillen“ (Sitzgruppe) und auch zum Speisen (großer Tisch mit 6 Stühlen + 1 Tisch mit 4 Stühlen). Und zum „kompletten Abschalten“ gibt’s auch noch 4 Sonnenliegen. Und wer’s braucht, ist auch dank kostenlosem WIFI nicht "von der digitalen Außenwelt abgeschnitten". War in meinem Fall sehr nützlich, da ich - trotz Urlaub - auch noch ein paar geschäftliche Dinge online erledigen konnte. Zu allem Positiven kommt noch hinzu, dass die Vermieterin, Mme Jungmann, eine - ohne Übertreibung - sehr sehr nette, freundliche, hilfsbereite und charmante Dame ist. Also, alles in allem eine wirklich sehr gelungene und absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung !!! Oliver J. Deutschland
