Stylish 21 m² studio in a quiet setting, perfectly located between Côte des Basques, Port Vieux, and Les Halles—everything is within walking distance.



Designed as a cozy retreat for 2 adults: the main sleeping area is a 160 cm sofa bed, set apart from the living space by a 10 cm interior step (open plan, no door between areas). A second 140 cm sofa serves as a lounge during the day; this is not included in the standard sleeping capacity.



Bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: Senseo capsule coffee maker, kettle, 2-burner induction hob, mini oven-grill, fridge, and toaster. Wi-Fi, window shutters, and bed linen and towels are provided.



There is no private parking: paid public parking (street and covered lots) is available nearby, some open 24/7—plan ahead in high season.



Located on the 1st floor, right in the heart of Biarritz. Ideal for a couple, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay in a peaceful setting away from the bustle of the seafront.
