Premier Luxury Direct Oceanfront Condo 406 With Expansive Private Balcony . The spectacular views start as soon as you get off the private elevator and walk through the foyer. It extends through the living room ending on the massive private balcony where you will enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the ocean. The fourth floor level means you can easily observe beach action starting with early morning walkers and continuing throughout the day as families enjoy the beach. Whether it is cooking on the marine grade outdoor grill or watching dolphins swim off shore, everyone agrees that the balcony is the heart of the condo.

There are 3 master suites each featuring king beds with private baths, walk in closets and 65 inch Samsung TV’s. The oceanside master suite walks out to the 500 square foot balcony whereas the other master suites open to a balcony from which to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the intracoastal waterway.

The living room features views of the ocean in addition to the 75 inch Samsung TV so you can either watch Spectrum channels or sign in to your favorite app and catch up on that series you’ve been thinking about. Of course wireless high speed (up to 500 mb/s) internet is included.

Ocean Vistas is located on a pristine beach front and has an oceanfront fitness center, heated pool and jacuzzi. There is a business center and gated underground parking with 24/7 security. The club room has a reading area, TV, wet bar and pool table. This is a 5 star property with weekday concierge service.

The north pier is less than 2 miles away where there are several great restaurants but our fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with ocean view, walk in pantry, center island prep sink and convection ovens.

Daytona beach is a great place to enjoy a morning run or feel the smooth sand as you walk barefoot for miles. It is located about 15 minutes from Daytona International Speedway and less than an hour and a half from Orlando airport, Disney World, Universal Studios theme park, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center and St Augustine.

This post our second time we stayed at this property and it was just as amazing as the first time. Plenty of space and clean. My favorite place is on the very large covered balcony with my morning coffee or an evening glass of wine watching the waves. So beautiful and we would definitely stay again!

Oceanfront Spacious Balcony

Beautiful Condo with a fabulous extra large oceanfront balcony ! Spacious accommodations with 3 BR each with full bath and a half bath too near large kitchen and family room - nicely decorated and clean and well kept with fully stocked kitchen with up to date appliances. The balcony is a highlight with plenty of space and nice furniture and the comfort of ocean view and sounds ! Convenient parking and nice pool area with ease of access to beach all make for a fun and comfortable vacation !

We strongly recommend this property. So clean so comfortable. The unit is even nicer than what you see in the pictures. Very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach equipment. Gary, the owner is very accessible should you need anything. We loved our stay and will be coming back this fall!

Great Condo oceanfront in Daytona Beach

The condo exceeds expectations in a great oceanfront location. The condo has a great view with a great kitchen and an electric grill on a spacious balcony. The master bedroom and the open living room / kitchen area are great for adults and family interaction. The condo is great for enjoying the beach and having convenience to the short drive to Orlando attractions. I hope the condo is available when I travel to the Daytona/Orlando attractions next time.

Beautiful Daytona Beach Condo

Our family (6 adults) spent a week in this beautiful condo. The inside of the condo was spacious with each couple having their own bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook and eat in. There were even puzzles and games which we enjoyed. Our favorite place to hang out was the patio which had comfortable furniture and an awesome view!! Also the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with! We would highly recommend this property!!!

Stunning, Gorgeous Condo

This condo is so much better than what the pictures show! It is breathtaking to walk in and see the inside as well as step out into the balcony! They thought of everything when supplying the kitchen. The decor is amazing, the beds were so comfortable and it was so nice to have all of the beach/pool supplies. The owner Gary was awesome to communicate with as well as the property manager, Cherie. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Daytona Beach!

Amazing week!

Everything was amazing during our stay when we moved our son in to Embry-Riddle last week. The condo is beautiful, clean and very spacious. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The view of the ocean from the covered balcony was beautiful. We had everything we needed, from beach towels & chairs to a well supplied kitchen to make meals. We would love to stay again and plan to next time we’re in Daytona. Gary was great to work with, very informative and helpful and Chere was great at check in and available if needed during the week. If I could I would give it more than 5 stars!

The owner, property, manager and experience were all TOP NOTCH! 1) communication with the owner and manager was easy and quick 2) the manager met us and gave s tour of the property and the condo rules. 3) the condo was very clean, decorated professionally and had an awesome balcony. 4) great bedding! 5) nice to see a building have rules and stick by it. This will keep the trashy renters away! 6) will definitely return!

This unit in Ocean Vista was amazing. I loved having 3 king size bedrooms. There is nothing missing in this condo. The master bed was so comfortable. We had a lot of rain and the balcony is so protected from rain it was enjoyable to just sit and watch the ocean in the rain. Beach towels, chairs. Gary was so responsive quickly on anything we needed. Hope to get to stay in this unit again.

Fantastic Accommodations & Service

The accommodations were fantastic and beyond expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and everything one would need to cook and serve for the family. The bedrooms were roomy and included great closets and furniture to make our stay feel like home. The best part of the condo is the balcony! The furniture is well kept and the railing was sturdy, The one item we wished the condo had was safety rails in the bathrooms. I travel with my elderly family members and this would have been a big help for them around the low toilets and tall tubs/slippery shower. However, for those without elderly the bathrooms are no problem at all. The service between property management and the owner was outstanding as well, they made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

Perfect Vacation property!

This property is by far the nicest, classiest property we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect! From booking to checkout all was seamless. Great property owner who was always available. Very simple requirements of our family and our stay was incredible!! Beautiful and very spacious, my 2 adult daughters had our own private rooms and bathrooms. Right on the beach so coffee and sunrises on the balcony is a must. Very close to anything you might need and far enough away to feel like you’re on your own island. Fully equipped kitchen to make any meal including a BBQ on the balcony. I can’t say enough about this property. My family and I will be back!!

We love the unbelievable view of the ocean from our direct beachfront condo. We were attracted because of the clean, modern architecture and feel it is the best Daytona Beach has to offer. We plan to live there full time when I retire from medical practice in MN.
