The living room features a cosy sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 1.40 m x 2.00 m), a large flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 4 people—which is not only perfect for breakfast but also ideal for fun game nights—are connected to both balconies. One faces west, and the other offers a partial ocean view and faces northeast.

Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, which can be closed off with sliding doors if desired. A ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, and a dishwasher invite you to cook to your heart’s content.
