Ideally located just 15 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda and Souillac, our cottage offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Dordogne. A short 10-minute walk takes you to the Dordogne beaches, perfect for swimming and canoe departures, as well as the greenway, a cycling path connecting Souillac to Sarlat-la-Canéda.



The cottage comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests and features a private entrance with the following layout:



Upstairs: An open-plan kitchen leading to the living room and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.

A private terrace with a pool view, equipped with a full outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and plancha.

Enjoy a private and secure swimming pool, perfect for unwinding in total tranquility.

The ground floor is entirely private and unoccupied, ensuring your complete privacy.



You’ll find local amenities just a 5-minute walk away in Saint-Julien-de-Lampon, including a butcher, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, and bar-restaurant.



To welcome you, a complimentary aperitif dinner will be offered upon your arrival during July and August.

Additional information:

One small pet is allowed. They must have their own sleeping basket, are not allowed to climb on the beds or sofa, cannot be left alone in the house, and their needs should be cleaned up regularly.

Private parking is available on-site.
