In the district of Playa de la Almadraba, in the resort 10 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool kidney-shaped (24 x 13 m, depth 20 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, children's playground. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 450 m, café, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Almadraba" 50 m. Sports harbour 10 km, surf school 1.7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
