The location of the building alone—perched in the midst of unspoiled nature—already has a relaxing effect. The beautifully maintained outdoor area invites you to enjoy the day carefree. You can do this, for example, by sitting at the long stone table in the beach/grill area under the airy canopy, with your feet in the white sand, sipping a summer cocktail and gazing up at the tall palm tree, or by relaxing on one of the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool.

Chlorine-free water caresses your skin as you cool off in the 11-meter-long and 5-meter-wide pool with a small waterfall. The adjacent shallow-water area with a built-in wraparound bench is perfect for both little ones to splash around and older guests to relax.

You’ll find additional comfortable seating and a great view of the entire surrounding area on the three terraces on the upper floor.

What already appears spacious from the outside is aptly reflected in the interior of the house. Behind the large wooden door lies a bright, spacious entryway that immediately opens up to several rooms. To the right is the fully equipped open kitchen, featuring glossy surfaces and a large refrigerator. Oversized floor tiles and wooden beams on the ceiling create a wonderful atmosphere.
Here, while preparing your meal, you can't only look out towards the pool but also step directly through the glass door onto the covered patio with its large dining table.

To the left of the entryway is the modern living/dining room. The huge windows create an atmosphere almost like a sunroom! Two stylish, bright bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible double shower are also located on this level.
Upstairs, another living room awaits, where you can relax on the large sofa and watch TV. The third light-filled bedroom impresses with its size and direct access to the balcony. The second bathroom, featuring a bathtub, is also located here. From the living room, there is direct access to a second terrace and a rooftop terrace with a fantastic panoramic view.

Climate protection is a top priority here. The entire finca is completely energy self-sufficient thanks to its own photovoltaic system with a large energy storage unit, making it unaffected by local power fluctuations. To provide backup, a private generator automatically kicks in when electricity demand increases.

The rental price automatically includes a supply of diesel for the generator, as well as 20,000 litres of fresh water, which is more than enough for normal use.
Should you require additional diesel to operate the generator, this extra amount will be charged against or credited to your security deposit.
In this regard, please keep in mind that you should use the powerful—but also very energy-intensive—air conditioners in the bedrooms selectively and with some care, especially during the day, so that the diesel generator needs to be used only rarely or in exceptional cases.

You can reach a wide variety of shopping options in just 15 minutes in Manacor, with its large supermarkets and small shops, or in 12 minutes in the charming town of Vilafranca for the weekly market. Via Felanitx, you can quickly reach the coast, where the stunning Calas de Mallorca offer unique spots with beautiful sandy beaches.
