Welcome to the Cancro holiday apartment in Vairano in the Gambarogno region – ideal for families, couples and anyone looking to enjoy a sunny setting with generous outdoor space and views of the surrounding mountains.

The 3-room terrace apartment is located on the first floor of a residence built into the hillside and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The complex consists of two sections with six apartments each and enjoys a peaceful setting at the edge of the village of Vairano. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2013, with the exception of the bathroom. Access to the apartment is via stairs.

The cosy living and dining area features a comfortable seating area with a daybed and a dining table. A radio/stereo system and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and additional convenience. From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious private terrace of approximately 25 m², furnished with outdoor furniture and offering views of the mountains – a pleasant place for enjoying meals together or relaxing in the fresh air.

The open-plan kitchen is directly connected to the living area and equipped with a modern cooking unit, electric ceramic hob and dishwasher.

Two separate bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom features a double bed and also offers direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Guests also have access to the residence’s shared outdoor swimming pool, measuring approximately 6.5 × 15 metres. Depending on the weather, the pool is generally open from around mid-May until mid-September and offers a pleasant opportunity to relax and enjoy your holiday directly at the residence.

A private washing machine is available for your exclusive use, and bed linen and kitchen linen are provided. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

The nearest bus stop is approximately 30 metres away. Shops, Lake Maggiore with its lido, and the railway station can all be reached within around 3 kilometres. The residence is accessible by car, and a reserved parking space is available.

Please note when planning your stay that guest changeovers at this property always take place on Fridays.
