Current Notice (as of 31.08.2026): Due to road resurfacing work, the B76 between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand will be completely closed in certain sections from September 6 to 13.09.2026. Please follow the posted detours. Unfortunately, the parking space cannot be used during this period. You can obtain a free special parking permit for public car parks at the service office upon arrival.

This cosy 3-roomvacation apartment on the 1st floor of the well-maintained Haus Baltic residential complex in Scharbeutz has a living area of approx. 63 m² and offers ample space and comfort for up to 5 people.

Cosy and bright, this holiday apartment welcomes you right by the Baltic Sea. Natural colours and harmoniously coordinated materials, along with laminate flooring in a beautiful wood finish, create a pleasant living atmosphere. To help you stay connected even while on holiday, free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available. In the separate bedroom with a high-quality double bed (180x200 cm), you’ll sleep just as well as you do at home. The second bedroom is furnished with a cosy bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm). In the evenings, make yourself comfortable on the sofa, which can be converted into an additional sleeping area (140x180 cm) if needed. You can wind down your holiday days in relaxation on your two furnished balconies with views of the greenery. Pure idyll! The modern kitchenette is integrated into the living room and makes your holiday easier with everyday conveniences like an oven and dishwasher. Enjoy your first cup of coffee at the modern dining table. The small but charming bathroom is tiled in white and is sure to put you in a good mood with its corner shower (entry height: 30 cm), hair dryer, and lighted mirror.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. You can park your bicycles safely in the bike shed behind the house. Guests can also use the ping-pong table there for leisure activities.

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.

Various shopping options and bakeries for fresh breakfast rolls, as well as the town centre with its charming restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping opportunities, and wonderful playgrounds, are all within walking distance.
