Here you’ll find a modern, centrally located, approximately 46 m² two-room holiday apartment on the ground floor, suitable for up to 3 adults and 1 child.

You can conveniently park your car behind the apartment building—from there, it’s just a few steps to your holiday home. You can reach the holiday apartment by lift or via the staircase. Open the apartment door and you’ll find yourself right in your modern kitchen. The separate, well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare simple meals. Everyday conveniences like a microwave and dishwasher make life easier, and in addition to the standard coffee maker, there’s a capsule coffee machine for fresh coffee options at breakfast. The bathroom with shower is located to the right of the hallway. The living and sleeping area is furnished with a fold-out bed (for 1 person), an armchair, a sofa, and a dining area. From here, you have a view of the greenery; you can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or curl up with a book on cosy summer evenings. In your bedroom, a double bed (160x200 cm) awaits you, where you can sleep soundly. Blackout pleated blinds provide sufficient shade in the bedroom.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. Internet access is available free of charge via Wi-Fi. The complex also features a washing machine and dryer for shared use for a fee.
