This 4-room holiday apartment, with approximately 71 m² of living space spread over two floors, accommodates up to 5 people. The holiday home is located in a prime spot in Grömitz and features its own sauna as a special highlight.

The living/dining area with an open kitchen is perfect for enjoying meals together, watching TV, and relaxing during your holiday. In the open, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to treat yourself and your loved ones to culinary delights. From the living area, you can step out onto the terrace with patio furniture—the perfect spot to wind down after an eventful day with a glass of wine. The adjacent garden area is shared by all residents of the complex. Three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms are located on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed (90x200 cm). The modern, brightly tiled bathrooms—one of which features a sauna—complete this holiday rental, which also includes a shower (with a threshold of only 2 cm) and heated floors.
