Perfekte Lage, tolles Zimmer. Es war alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Natürlich ist die Parksituation schwierig, aber wenn man außen parkt und mit der Bahn zum Neumarkt fährt, ist das auch kein Problem. Man ist mitten in Köln - besser geht es nicht.

Ein ganz schlimmer Gast den ich keinem empfehlen kann. Macht falsche Angaben und Behauptungen beim Portal um eine Erstattung des Reisepreis herzuleiten, ist unfreundlich, unfair und hat unsere Unterkunft ganz schrecklich hinterlassen. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Diesen Gast sollte man sich nicht antun.
