Die Wohnung ist einfach toll. Ruhiges, schönes Wohngebiet. Wir sind immer zu Fuß in die Stadt, man kann am Fluss entlang bis zur Schanze. Die Wohnung ist modern und chic, die Markise verhindert übermäßige Hitzebelastung, der Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Blick in den Garten und auf die Berge. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls modern und chic. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Lage der Wohnung sehr gut sowohl zu Garmisch als auch mit bisschen Fußweg nach Partenkirchen. Parken ist, wem die Garage zu eng ist, auch vor dem Haus auf der Straße möglich. Man ist schnell am Bahnhof zur Anbindung an Bus und Bahn, Auto braucht man nur selten. Ausstattung der Wohnung, insbesondere der Küche, ist sehr gut. Einrichtung und Badezimmer sehr modern und komfortabel.

Eine moderne und komfortable Wohnung, die durch Sauberkeit und hohem Standart, einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Durch die zentrale Lage, kann Bahnhof und Innenstadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreicht werden. Der Panorama Balkon bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berg Kulisse.
