Its special location on the car-free Isla Cartago, surrounded by water, greenery and Mediterranean charm, makes Casa Leonie an ideal retreat. At the same time, the town centre, restaurants, shops and the beach are all within easy walking distance.

## Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright and cosy living area with direct access to the terrace and beautiful views of the canal.

## Terrace, Pool & Outdoor Area

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of Casa Leonie. The terrace offers wonderful views of the main canal and is the perfect place for sunbathing, dining and relaxing.

The small private pool, approximately 1.20 metres deep, provides a refreshing way to cool down on warm days.

Pets are not allowed at Casa Leonie.

The boat mooring is private and is not available for guest use.

## Additional Services

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price but can be booked in advance.

If requested sufficiently in advance, we can also arrange an intermediate cleaning as well as a change of bed linen and towels. This service is available from Monday to Thursday. The price depends on the services required.

Internet and air conditioning are included in the rental price.

Towel package: €12 per person
Bed linen: €14 per person
Children’s package: €15 per child
Baby cot: €30 per week

The children’s package includes an inflatable water toy, sand toys, a colouring book and coloured pencils.

If bed linen is booked, the beds will be made before your arrival.
