Located in the heart of Brain-sur-Allonnes, this property is just 200 meters from shops and close to the forest, vineyards, and castles. The gîte is 17 minutes from Saumur, 18 minutes from the Chinon power plant, 11 minutes from Bourgueil, 45 minutes from Angers (A85), and 49 minutes from Tours (A85).

The house is spread over three levels:
- Equipped kitchen open to the living room, with two street-facing windows overlooking the parking area
- One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite bathroom, window facing the courtyard
- Two bedrooms each with a 140x200 cm bed and skylight
- One WC
- One bathroom with WC and courtyard-facing window
- Small enclosed courtyard
Other notes
Bed linen is included and beds are made on arrival. Towels are available on request for an additional fee. A travel cot with sheet and mattress, as well as a high chair, are also available on request for an additional fee.
