Lovely, one level home consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on the ground level with a large front private patio with tropical landscaping, and a quiet location (not on the street) no stairs (good for kids and elderly) and sleeps 7. Rear patio has stainless-steel barbecue, private full size laundry/washer/dryer, beach toys, Boogie boards, Beach chairs, surfboard, kayak, stand up paddle board, etc. Updated interior with granite counters, granite island, stainless-steel appliances, updated bathrooms, sectional couch, Brazilian hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, cable TV, Netflix, free WIFI, all the amenities, most rooms have ceiling fans, living area has A/C. It's a very short walk to Mission Bay to watch Sea world fireworks or swim, or walk to the beach side to people watch on the boardwalk or take a dip in the Pacific Ocean. No pets please. Shared garage fits a medium sized car, sedan, or medium SUV. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding the house...you will love the location. SHORT TERM RENTAL LICENSE APPROVED.

This house has a bungalow/cottage feel, with large front patio and private rear patio, all on one level. Short walk to Mission Bay or the ocean. Quiet location, away from the street in the best part of Mission Beach (South). Feel free to ask me any questions regarding the house...no big parties please.
