About this property

Locarno-Lido by Interhome

On the outskirts of Locarno, in an ideal location near the Maggia Delta and Lido, we rent out our cosy 2-room holiday flat (approx. 50 m2) for 2 people with a large balcony on the 4th floor (lift) of an apartment building with views to the south, west and north, covered parking space included.

The "Sacra Famiglia" bus stop is right next to the house (bus no. 4 goes to Migros, the centre and the train station).

- The Vitaparcours is directly in front of the house.
- The Lido, indoor swimming pool and Lido football stadium as well as the "Publico" (sandy beach) and
and parks on the lake
5 minutes on foot.
- Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.
- Tennis and minigolf can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot.
- Shopping facilities MM and Denner can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot.
- The Piazza Grande (Moon & Stars, film festival, shops) can be reached in approx. 12 minutes on foot.
- The Maggia can be reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot
- Locarno main railway station can be easily reached in approx. 20 minutes along the lakeside promenade.

Our well-furnished 2-room flat contains:

Living room: dining table with chairs, sitting area, TV furniture with TV, WLAN,
small library, board games, iron, shoe shine and sewing utensils

Entrance area: open wardrobe (shoe cupboard and mirror, umbrella stand)

Bedroom: 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables with lamps, large wardrobe

Balcony: view of mountains and valleys, forest and town. Balcony furniture, washing stand

Kitchen: small, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Kitchen combination with fridge
(incl. freezer compartment), ceramic hob with extractor, oven, coffee machine for capsules (Delizio),
kettle and egg cooker. Standard spices available.

Bathroom: WC, washbasin and mirror cabinet, window, bath with shower curtain and facilities for hanging laundry, washing machine.

Bicycle shelter: private and covered carport as well as bicycle shelter directly in front of the house entrance.

Washing machine: several washing machines, tumble dryer and drying room are available.

Prices: Rent per week (Saturday - Saturday). The prices are for two persons. If
the holiday flat is rented for a month or longer in the winter months (excluding W/NJ) => price according to special agreement.
