This beautiful villa with pool is located in the village of Šušnjici, approx. 11 km from Porec and its beaches. A restaurant and a grocery shop can be found about four kilometres away in the village of Zbandaj. Villa Natura is situated on a 3,000 square metre plot and offers its guests a 24 square metre outdoor pool, a partially covered terrace with seating, a covered summer kitchen with dining table and barbecue and private parking for several cars. There is also a children's playground with a slide and swings as well as a table tennis table. The landlord (one person) occasionally lives in the upper part of the house, but the garden and pool area are for exclusive use. The lovingly furnished villa for six people has a living space of 170 m². On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a living room, three bedrooms with French beds (one with access to the terrace) as well as two showers/WCs and a separate WC. From the living area you have direct access to the beautiful, large garden, where you can relax on a sun lounger. The arrival of youth groups and the organisation of parties are not permitted.
It is 11 km from the property to the beach and 4 km to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 4 km from the holiday property.
