Eine sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung, nur wenige Meter von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Großer Parkplatz eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und ein großer separater abschließbarer Fahrradraum auf dem Gelände.
Meine Frau und ich haben diese Wohnung Mitte November besucht. Die Ausstattung halten wir für sehr gut. Eine komplette Küchenzeile die wenig offene Wünsche hinterlässt. 2 große Schlafzimmer und ein großzügiger Eß- und Wohnbereich runden die Sache ab.
Wir haben die Stadtnähe in sofern genossen als das wir uns dort in wenigen Gehminuten diverse Restaurants und Cafés aussuchen konnten.
Der Check-in und Check-out waren kindereinfach. Direkter Parkplatz am Haus,welches komplett mit Kamera bewacht wird.Die Wohnung ist sehr Modern und top Sauber.Eigentlich ist es relativ ruhig,ftdie Baustelle kann der Vermieter ja nix,aber die ist ja auch Mal fertig.
2 Minuten bis in die City.Da wir schon mehrfach in Leer Urlaub gemacht haben fanden wir die Lage der Wohnung ideal.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
