The gleaming white Villa Padre has remained true to Mallorcan architectural traditions with its partially exposed stone passageways. It is located very close to Son Servera and is wonderfully embedded in the beautiful hilly landscape surrounding this village. The entrance to the property leads to a beautifully landscaped garden with a large lawn and play area, lined with lemon, almond and palm trees. With a decorative white fence to keep children out, the kidney-shaped pool is a place where our younger guests can play and run around to their heart's content. An outdoor bathroom with additional shower and toilet is particularly practical for days by the pool with children. You can watch your little ones relaxing on the numerous outdoor seating areas, perhaps sunbathing or reading a good book in the shade of a parasol. The surrounding expansive lawn with plenty of shady spots under the trees is simply an ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet. Right next to the house is the veranda with a lovely dining area. Once you have prepared a delicious barbecue in the small outdoor kitchen, you can enjoy it outside on the terrace with a view of the lush greenery on a nice, warm day.



From here, you can enter the beautifully landscaped villa through large, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The interior design is modern, but has not lost touch with the original Mallorca, which is evident in the charming details. Indoor living means an open-plan space that combines all the functional areas of dining, cooking and living. The cosy living area with sitting area is located directly in front of the brick fireplace. A music system as well as a smart LCD TV and DVD player provide entertainment. The dining room, furnished with wooden furniture, shares the cosy atmosphere of the homely, crackling fire. Behind it is a small but well-equipped kitchen, which is visually separated from the dining area by a counter. There are also two double bedrooms in the house. The ideal children's bedroom has two separate single beds, while the other has a queen-size bed measuring 1.40 x 1.90 metres. The bedrooms share a white bathroom with modern details such as a large walk-in shower area. In addition to the obvious family-friendly design, we recommend this villa especially to couples looking for a romantic holiday for two.



The central location of this beautiful villa is also worth mentioning, as many towns and beaches can be easily reached from here. On Friday mornings, there is a lovely farmers' market in Son Servera around the church, where you can buy fruit, vegetables and original Mallorcan pottery. On Saturdays at 19:00 there is an evening market in Cala Millor with a wide range of entertainment. As the villa is located on a new, clearly audible road that connects Son Servera and Cala Millor, both towns can be reached quickly and easily. A noise-insulating wall on the street side reduces the noise level to a certain extent. The nearest beaches, such as Cala Bona or Cala Millor, are only 510 minutes by car from this favourable point. There you will find gently sloping sandy beaches that are perfect for children. There are plenty of places to get cool drinks and snacks on the beaches. Whether you are planning a family holiday or a couple's trip is up to you. The hospitality of Villa Padre offers something for everyone.
