Le Jardin de Benjamin: Comfortable Apartment with Pool

Located in Montagnac, this 48 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. Enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and filters provided. The entrance is on one level, and you have Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the dining area, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.



Relax on your private covered terrace or in the shared garden. The outdoor pool, shared with the hosts (open June to September, not for outside guests), is perfect for cooling off, and a communal barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. Children remain under the responsibility of their families. Families will appreciate the shared playground as well as toys and books for kids.



You have a parking space in front of the property and may bring one pet (please note, we also have a dog). Events are not allowed. Sports enthusiasts will find a tennis court 15 minutes away on foot.



A baby cot can be provided on request. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra charge. Cleaning service is offered for an extra charge.

Superbe vacances en famille a Montagnac

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Le logement ainsi que la piscine etait très propre. Nous avons passés un tres bon séjour proche de tout.. la mer, les gorges de l Hérault et l arrière pays. A recommander sans hésiter. Merci à Serge et Line

endroit magnifique

Location propre et où rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute de nos désirs. Géniale soirée avec eux à Adissan !! Gite idéalement placé entre mer et montagne pour de nombreuses belles balades. Belle piscine chaude en cette saison et bien entretenue Gros bisous à Lizzie qui nous manque déjà. On compte y retourner l'année prochaine.

Leben wie Gott in Frankreich :-)

Hier lässt sich wirklich gut Ferien machen. Vorausgesetzt, man besteht nicht auf direkte Nähe zum Meer und scheut nicht 30-45 min Anfahrt zum nächsten Strand. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man kann sowohl direkt vor der Wohnung, als auch in einem sehr schönen Garten unter Schatten spendenden Bäumen verweilen. Selbst ein Grillplatz steht einem zur Verfügung. Nicht zu vergessen der gut gepflegte Pool. All das steht einem zur Verfügung, allerdings gemeinsam mit den Vermietern des Anwesens. Diese haben wir als sehr gastfreundlich und nett empfunden. Man sollte allerdings der französischen Sprache mächtig sein, oder sich zumindest wie wir nicht scheuen mit stümperhaftem Schul-Französisch Konversation zu betreiben, da diese ausschließlich französisch sprechen. Die Belegung der Wohnung mit mehr als 3 Personen ist nicht zu empfehlen, da auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer kaum für 2 Personen Platz ist. Montagnac ist ein kleiner aber netter Ort, der das nötigste zum Einkaufen bietet. In der Umgebung findet man aber auch weitere sehr sehenswerte Orte, wie z.B. Pézenas, oder Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
